This Privacy Policy explains how Wedbush Technology Services, LLC (“WTS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or interact with our platforms and services. It also describes the rights available to you under applicable law and how to exercise them.
WTS builds and operates technology platforms for U.S. broker-dealers and registered investment advisers. This Policy governs information we collect in our own right — as a company doing business, operating a website, and communicating with clients and prospective clients. It does not govern how WTS processes information on behalf of its Financial Institution Clients in the course of providing technology services; that processing is covered by separate written agreements with each client.

3. How We Share Your Information
WTS does not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We share information only in the following circumstances:
Service providers and vendors
We engage third-party service providers to support our business operations — including cloud hosting providers, CRM and marketing platforms, communications platforms, and professional service firms. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to WTS, and are bound by contractual obligations that prohibit them from using your information for their own purposes. We assess service providers for appropriate data handling practices before engagement.
For this website, those providers include Vercel, which hosts the site and provides Vercel Web Analytics; UserWay, which provides the accessibility widget; Tally, which provides the “Get in touch” popup; and Google, which receives contact and walkthrough form submissions in a Google Sheet through Google Apps Script. Each processes the information described in Section 4 for that purpose.
Affiliates
WTS may share information with affiliated entities within the Wedbush group of companies for business development, relationship management, and operational purposes, consistent with this Policy.
Legal and regulatory disclosures
We may disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process, including in response to court orders, subpoenas, or regulatory inquiries. We may also disclose information where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of WTS, our clients, or the public.
Business transfers
If WTS is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, personal information held by WTS may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected parties of any such transfer and any material changes to this Policy that result from the transaction.
With your consent
We may share information with third parties in other circumstances with your prior consent.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The website uses a small number of tools to operate the site, understand how it is used, and receive inquiries. We do not use these tools for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
Web analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to record page views on the production website. This includes the page you visit, the referring page, and coarse information about your browser, device, and country. Vercel Web Analytics does not use a cookie.
Accessibility
We use the UserWay accessibility widget so you can adjust how the site is displayed. The widget remembers your settings, which it stores in a cookie or similar storage on your device, and reports use of the widget to UserWay.
Contact popup
The “Get in touch” form is provided by Tally. The Tally script loads with the website. Information you submit in that popup is processed by Tally. Tally may set its own cookies when you open the form.
Contact and walkthrough forms
Our contact and walkthrough forms collect the details you enter, such as your name, work email, and firm information. When you submit a form, we also send your browser’s user agent and the referring page to a Google Sheet through Google Apps Script, so our team can respond.
